Regal Solar Solutions was founded in 2015 in Wazirabad, Punjab at a time when electricity load-shedding was crippling homes and businesses across Pakistan and solar energy was still considered a luxury. Our founder, a certified electrical engineer, saw a different reality: Pakistan receives over 300 sunny days a year, and every rooftop was a missed opportunity for clean, affordable power.
We began with a small team of three engineers and a single mission make solar energy accessible, affordable, and trustworthy for every Pakistani family and business. Our first 50 installations in Wazirabad and Gujranwala built a reputation that spread entirely through word of mouth. Customers referred their neighbors. Business owners referred their suppliers. Within four years, demand from Islamabad and Rawalpindi was strong enough to open our second office in the capital in 2019.
Muhammad Younas Chaudhry holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore and has spent over 8 years in Pakistan’s renewable energy sector. He is a certified solar energy engineer, registered with AEDB (Alternative Energy Development Board), and has completed advanced photovoltaic system design certifications from international institutes in Germany and China.
Under his leadership, Regal Solar Solutions has grown from a three-person team in Wazirabad to a 50+ strong organization with offices in Wazirabad and Islamabad, an installed capacity of over 85,000 solar panels, and a customer base of more than 15,000 households and businesses. Muhammad personally oversees quality standards on every installation a commitment reflected in the company’s near-zero rework rate and 98% customer satisfaction score.
